- Put broccoli on top of your pasta and add your favorite Spaghetti sauce.
- Make a big pot of brown rice and put broccoli over it with your favorite sweet-sour or savory sauce.
- Make a fresh salad of chopped broccoli, Chopped red pepper and what ever else looks good and use your favorite low fat salad dressing.
