HOW TO MAKE THE BEST SMOOTHIES EVER

When making your smoothie remember that any milk, an avocado, or a banana will make your smoothie more ice cream like.   If you add blue berries or blackberries to a green smoothie it will turn brown, this can be unappetizing to some people. It will taste good just not look very appealing.   Experiment a little and see what your like and remember that every fruit and vegetable has different nutrients.
